We feature rustic, California Coastal cuisine in a beautifully designed space, and professional table service. Executive Chef Trey Hartinger calls upon his background in a variety of regional styles to create exciting and eclectic dishes. By the Pool: Botttle Service and Cabana Dining

When the evening calls for upgraded romance or serenity, The Pearl’s semi-private poolside dining options add extra-cozy ambiance. A full menu and bottle service is available inside luxurious cabanas, which rest beside the warm glow of Restaurant at The Pearl and can accommodate parties up to eight. Not surprisingly, our signature hotel events tap into Restaurant at The Pearl’s culinary wellspring. Monday through Friday happy hours feature food and drink specials; semi-regular guest “exhibitions” access feature our friends in the global culinary community; and monthly wine tastings pair Restaurant at The Pearl’s cuisine with exclusives from the world’s most acclaimed vineyards.

Restaurant at The Pearl is closed on Sunday, May 11th. However, our weekly Groove 24/7 Brunch returns on May 18 with a special Red Hot & Rio day!
